    "content": "I thank both the Committee and His Excellency the President, for facilitating the creation of these funds within Parliament, so that membership can benefit from the utilisation of these funds in a way that can be fast-tracked without having to, every time there is an issue, refer it to the National Treasury. So, there is a lot of self-regulation that will build into this for the better management of the Fund for facilities for Members."
