    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I beg to second the Refugees Bill, 2019. The Refugees Bill, 2019 (National Assembly Bill No.62) was read a First Time on 10th September, 2019 and committed to the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security for consideration and report to the House pursuant to Standing Order No.216(5)(c). Consequently, in accordance with Article 118 of the Constitution and Standing Order No.127(3), the Committee sought views from the public by way of written memoranda and further conducted public hearings in the following counties: Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, Uasin Gishu, Garissa and Turkana."
