    "content": "Even as I support, there is still room for improvement. I want to encourage Hon. Members to look at the Bill. Where they think there are gaps, they should push them forward. So, as we go to the Third Reading, we will factor in most of these concerns to make sure we have a Refugees Bill or an Act which will safeguard the refugees’ interests. At the same time, it will be safeguarding the interests of Kenyans who are the host community."
