    "content": "must also talk about the international community which comes in to aid refugees. As they do this, primary importance must go to the host countries. As they sort out refugee problems, let us also look at what problems, we, indigenous Kenyans have which this community must take into consideration, including what is good for us and what is good for refugees. So, while I support this Bill, there is a lot more to be investigated and interrogated, and we will discuss this during the Committee of the whole House. I support."
