    "content": "If an enabling situation is provided, the refugees can contribute heavily in the economic and social development of this country. I want to give you an example. I went to Minnesota State in the USA where we have more than 150 million Somali refugees. The kind of businesses and engagements that they do and the way they have turned around the economy of Minnesota State has gone down in the American history. They contribute huge tax returns to the Government which is used for development. This is the right time. We are doing the right thing. When you are doing the right thing, it brings out issues. It is important to facilitate the refugees and give them proper documentation both at the two levels of Government: national and county levels. Once we integrate them and give them the opportunity to be part and parcel of this country, and particularly to co- exist….
