    "content": "I want to go back to the Bill which is good. There are some critical issues that it is expected to address. One of it is the integration of refugees which does not come out clearly. For instance, refugees are kept in camps. There are so many countries that accept refugees in this world, including Germany and Turkey, and their population is large. Those people are not put in camps. They have proper policies and laws that allow the host countries to integrate them to be part of the society. If we allow these people to live within the society, we would not be talking of most of the problems like insecurity or competition of resources. There are about 400 refugees in Dadaab Camp. These are ready markets for people."
