I was expecting Members who interact with all these refugees to be more interested in knowing how to determine who a refugee is and once we know that so and so are refugees and we grant them status, we think of how to manage them and determine where they belong. Anyway, that is the nature of our politics. I accordingly thank the Members who stayed behind and were able to input their views. I also thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for bearing with an empty House as we debated this. Now that we have closed the debate, I hope they do not come and open the debate at the Committee of the whole House stage where they would want to be heard on their views yet they had the opportunity. I also thank the Committee because they did a good job and we will work together in terms of bringing any amendments that will be required both from the stakeholders and the Committee so that we can, at least, have a Bill that will stand the test of time. With those remarks, I beg to reply."
