    "content": "Secondly, whenever such disasters happen, I am usually disappointed by the way mitigation processes are done. When disasters occur in some areas, the Government goes there and distributes 20 bags of maize. Those people are forgotten. Up to now, in some areas, some bodies have not been identified. Even as we talk, some places in Bomet were affected by floods and not even one sack of maize has been taken by the national Government to those people who were affected."
