    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, thank you for the opportunity. I join my colleagues in lauding Governor Sang for bringing this Petition. In as much as the form and nature that Sen. M. Kajwang’ has ably said could have been different, I think the content cannot be ignored. He is raising pertinent questions. Even the Committee that he is seeking these answers from is an extremely competent Committee.
