    "content": " Hon. Senators, pursuant to Standing Order No. 232 (1), the Petition should be committed to the relevant Standing Committee for its consideration. In this case, I direct that the Petition be committed to the Standing Committee on National Security, Defence and Foreign Relations and the Standing Committee on Lands, Environment and Natural Resources. In terms of Standing Order No. 232(2), the Committees jointly are required in not more than 60 calendar days from the time of reading the prayer, to respond to the petitioner by way of a report addressed to the petitioner or petitioners and laid on the Table of the Senate."
