That is why the young people have brought this Petition to this House to save them from the greedy who rig procurement and tenders in county and national Governments. Thirty years ago, we had the Saba Saba Day. It is interesting that 30 years ago, some of the Members of this House, like Sen. Sakaja, still had milk teeth."
