    "content": "Thank you, Madam Deputy Speaker. From the onset, I condemn the arrest of many Saba Saba Day protesters today. That is a violation of Article 37 of the Constitution. I have seen people like Frank Chacha and many others who were arrested in Kibera and other police stations across the city. We ask the Inspector-General (IG) of Police, the President and the Cabinet Secretary (CS) for the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government to release them because they were not violating any law. They were just exercising their democratic right."
