    "content": "We cannot be reduced to what we call Kazi Mtaani . It is a wonderful idea by the President to start Kazi Mtaani but we want those young people to be empowered. We do not want to be relegated to Kazi kwa Vijana. We also want to sit in boardrooms and make decisions. We also want to make money as young people. As young people who have the privilege and honour to serve in this House as representatives of many young people, that Petition is timely. We need an overhaul of the procurement system. As I conclude, I challenge the Committee that will look into this Petition to give us an entire audit of the procurement system so that we can know where we need to amend or provide legislative and policy direction. I appeal to my seniors like Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr., Sen.
