It is the children of the poor who will be affected by this decision. Most of the children in the middle and upper class are accessing the internet and undergoing tutoring. So, it is the poor who cannot afford those facilities who will be affected by this closure. For me, this decision is oppressing the poor people, and it is very unfair."
