"content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I concur with Sen. Sakaja that the extrajudicial killings are not only found in North Eastern and Nairobi City County. It has come even to our villages, and we are no longer safe. That is why I am now speaking for all of us who are in the villages that are facing the imminent threats of extrajudicial killings by rogue police officers. As I conclude, I heard Sen. Sakaja expressing reservations on a Bill that is supposed to come to the Floor. We said that all lives in Kenya matter and life begins at conception. Why should we protect that baby from abortion and being taken care of until they are old enough, only for rogue police to kill them? What are we doing? Thank you and I beg for a quick and expeditious response to this Statement."
