    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, in conclusion, despite the efforts made by the Government to curb the spread of COVID-19 pandemic, the situation in the country continues to persist with increasing numbers of infections being reported. For this reason, I wish to urge all Hon. Senators to continue adhering to the guidelines issued by the Hon. Speaker in the conduct of business both in the Plenary and in Committees. Also, the protocols issued by the Ministry of Health to curb the spread of the pandemic."
