    "content": "This is a milestone because in the past three months, we have held a total of 71 sittings, of which 66 have been virtually held and five have been physical sittings. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, like you said, today is your historic day, I also want to give you some little history. This is the first Committee in the history of the Parliament of the Republic of Kenya to hold virtual sittings following the directive of the Speaker on 30th March, 2020.
