    "content": "We met frontline health workers and we listened to their grievances and feedback and we proposed certain things that could be dealt with there in the counties. I am glad to note that the counties are looking at those issues. We engaged community leaders, civil society representatives and whistleblowers, particularly on ensuring transparency and accountability in implementation of COVID-19 interventions at the county level. We visited COVID-19 treatment and isolation facilities in both counties."
