    "content": "There is still a lot of work to be done. We are glad the Cabinet Secretary has put in place the measures that he spoke about. We still have some work to do with the strategic food reserves, which we shall be forwarding to relevant Committees because there is need for some more attention to the strategic food reserves. The Government has disposed of old stock to avoid deterioration. There is a trust fund that has a total cash of about KShs10 billion readily available. We want to make sure this is done properly. This is very important and as you know, highly charged, emotive and political issue when we talk about the strategic food reserves."
