    "content": "Madam Deputy Speaker, I am not talking about adjournment. Standing Order No. 32 is about adjournment, which we all agree with. In fact, I am the one who seconded the Motion. I am talking about the assurance we need to give Members. If you listened to what Sen. Cheruiyot is saying, he said something very positive and true. For instance, if I have an amendment and, of course, I am doing tabulation, I can put whatever numbers that might not be. The veracity of my amendment must be assured, such that by the time the clerks are printing it on the Order Paper, it has gone through the Budget Office and not necessarily the Committee. That is what he was saying and I agree with him. Maybe you can get more advice from the clerks, but that is a good proposal."
