"content": "Madam Deputy Speaker, on a point of information. I am the people's Chair of the Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights. I am no longer the substantive Chair of the Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights. What I am saying is that I am not aware whether that matter was to be handled by the Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights or Lands, Environment and Natural Resources. The Cabinet Secretary for Environment and Forestry cannot do anything now. However, he can order suspension of eviction of people in Molo. That is what we are requesting. As he prepares his answers, he can order the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) to stop evictions now and allow this matter to be handled and resolved by the necessary agents."
