    "content": "These are some of the issues we can infuse as we continue responding to this pandemic. We are getting to a point where we are saying that we must continue. We are saying this is the new normal, but we must continue with a lot of caution. Madam Temporary Speaker, the Committee also urged the national Government and county governments to put in place interventions to support continuous production and operations in the Water Services Providers (WSPs). We know that it is important to have the mechanisms of ensuring that we keep our hands clean and the level of hygiene high."
