"content": "On a point of information, Madam Temporary Speaker. I would like to inform Sen. Halake not just as the Chairperson of the Ad-hoc Committee on COVID- 19 Situation in Kenya but as the Senator for Nairobi City County. I welcome any patient who needs treatment in Nairobi. As much as we want our counties to be prepared, we cannot stop anyone who feels that their loved one can get the best quality of treatment in a certain place. That directive is unconstitutional as Sen. (Dr.) Ochillo-Ayacko has said. I know that hon. Mutahi Kagwe, the CS in the Ministry of Health made a clarification on that issue but we will get an official clarification from him when he appears before our Committee."
