"content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise to request for a Statement pursuant to Standing Order No.44 (2)(c), from the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Education and Research, regarding questionable transfer of an acting school head teacher in Narok County. Hon. Deputy Speaker, Section 7(1)(e) of the Public Service (Values and Principles) Act 2015 requires that the public service be provided to the end user effectively while Section 7(6) requires every public institution to ensure adaptability of public service to the needs of the public which are key pillars of devolution hence enshrined in the Constitution. The Teachers Service Commission seeks to undertake the questionable transfer of Mr. Fleming Simpiri Kudate of TSC No.522291 from Inkoirienito Mixed Boarding school in Narok County where he has been serving as an acting head teacher to an unknown, undisclosed and unspecified school despite the excellent performance that he has exhibited in the school.
