Apart from concurring with him, I also congratulate the TSC County Director of Education for Samburu because this time, they have done very well. The issue at hand is about accessibility of the TSC by Members. There is a problem between us and that office in Nairobi. These issues could have you been ironed out very quickly, but when we go to the TSC, we can never see the CEO even if we sit there the whole day.
