    "content": "I sincerely also appreciate and support the Statement because even in Baringo, in the deeper areas and in the lowlands, we face the same problem. The Chair of the Committee is here and so, this could be done formally, so that, as Kenyans, we are aware that after a specific period of time, a principal or a head teacher is valid to be transferred so that we get mentally prepared that transfers will be done after every five years or something of the sort. It is not worth for people to be complaining every time."
