    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I rise to support the Bill. I thank Hon. Kimani Ichung’wah for the good work. This Bill comes as a reprieve to the many people of this country. Disasters have no boundaries. So, it is meant to benefit the entire country. Again, it also comes as a reprieve to the people of Gichugu, where we have some hilly areas where landslides are experienced during the rainy season. So, help will come at the right time when they require it once the National Disaster Management Authority is established. I support."
