    "content": "As we looked at this Bill, as a Committee, we noted a few areas of the Bill which will need a little checking. I am sure when the Bill comes to the Committee of the whole House, we will be together with Hon. King’ara and we will raise some amendments that will improve this Bill. I am going to highlight a few of these. First, there is need to expressly state in this Bill who has the honour of applying for registration of public land which, of course, should be a public body. This will give it clarity."
