    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I had to fight with the Leader of the Minority Party so that the Petition is not interfered with because I was concerned that it was affecting Kakamega Town. The relocation of campuses by the leadership of many universities has been rampant. We lost Ebunangwe Campus, and that affected the economy of that area in a big way. I am sure that the loss of Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) Campus will affect the area. I support the Petition."
