    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to join my colleagues in supporting this Petition on grounds of accountability. We should stand our ground and question the leadership of the universities on some of their decisions. In the 1990s and early 2010, universities went on massive expansion without the approval of the right institutions. Since they are now dry of students from respective catchments, they are closing campuses without considering the damage that will have on communities. We must hold them accountable. I support."
