    "content": "With respect to the fourth petition, the committee has already engaged the petitioners and the Kenya Tea Development Agency (KTDA). We also invited the National Land Commission (NLC) in our last sitting. However, the NLC indicated that they were not ready for this petition. You can, therefore, see that the committee is making a lot of effort to ensure that we handle the issues. The NLC has however promised to bring information on this matter soonest possible."
