    "content": "I want to plead that in the context of the dangers that we face of having a general election in less than two years and all the initiatives that we are having in terms of amendment of the Constitution, the most stable institution that we require in this country is the IEBC. By simply adopting what we had already passed and the Senate adjusted to a limited extent, we will have helped this country avert a very big danger.
