    "content": "So, for me, the Report is good, but the biggest work that we have a country or as a Government or even as a House, is to create awareness so that people can be informed that when discussing gender, it is not about girls or women, but it is both men and women, so that we can achieve what we want. The two-third gender rule is not going anywhere because even in Parliament, we still mistake it. That is why we cannot pass that law.
