Speaker, before the next Order is called, I would like to propose that you use your discretion under Standing Order No. 40(2) to reorder the sequence of the order of business appearing as order numbers 11 and 12 by swapping them for the convenience of the House. After consultation with the two Chairs, the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations will not be available after about one hour due to other pre-arranged Committee business. The Chairperson of the Public Investments Committee is happy to wait. So, for the convenience of the two and the House, we can dispose of the Motion under Order No. 12 first, then move to Order No. 11. On Order No. 12, the Motion had been canvassed and it was only supposed to be replied to.
