    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. As the House is aware, I engaged the leadership of the PIC on how best to address the amendments. In the course of those discussions, we realised that the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Regulations, 2020 which the Committee recommends to be promulgated under their recommendation No.1, had been gazetted and came into force. That necessitates that recommendation No.1 be deleted. I agree with the Committee to that extent."
