    "content": "We are in a situation where there are a few challenges. I request that if we are to stand down our amendments, let us have the Committee do its work. If I am accommodated, well and good. If not, I will be moving further amendments to my Report. I am still concerned on the drafting of some drawings and this is something I spoke to the Chairman just to make it more pointed. I request that if you are standing it down, you do that so that everybody who has concerns about the recommendations can harmonise them with Committee. If not, a person like me who was proceeding on principle, can further amend or withdraw my amendments and submit with a proper amendment which can speak to the matters, Hon. Speaker, is guiding us on."
