    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. At the outset, I wish to support the Report as amended. As has been said in the Report, this is a very serious issue. If you look at the Report of the PIC in the 11th Parliament, the same companies—EAA and ATJ— were singled out as entities that presented forged documents during the inception of this tender at that time. This Report brings out the fact that heads of parastatals can do anything that they wish in procurement. Therefore, it is my request to the House to adopt this Report as amended. I support."
