    "content": "The other point I would like to raise is the question of rogue companies. In the 11th Parliament, I was in the Senate and this matter was in the National Assembly. Those companies have been mentioned again and again in terms of how they are rogue. They do not comply with procurement and tendering issues but previous CEOs dismiss this. It is high time that those companies are debarred from doing business with us. So, we can begin to create an enabling environment in which any international company can participate and know it can get what it wants from KEBS.
