    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this chance to ask Question No.251/2020 to the Chairperson of the Teachers Service Commission. (i) What criterion is used in promoting all primary school teachers who have attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education? (ii) Could the Commission consider promoting such teachers automatically soon after their graduation since their skills and knowledge are equally relevant at primary school level?
