I am repeating this Question, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order 42A (5), to the CS Interior and Coordination of National Government: (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary provide the status of investigations into the killing of the late Tom Wekesa Sirengo of ID No. 9838943 on 11th September 2020 at around 9.00 a.m. at Mowlem Centre, Endebess Constituency and subsequent injury to three other persons among them Abubakar Wekesa Barasa of ID No. 11575672 a brother to the deceased, who is still recuperating in hospital?
