Speaker, I beg to move the following Motion: THAT, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order 227(2) (Committal of Petitions), this House resolves to extend the period for consideration of the public petition regarding restoration and revival of the Kenya Cashew Nuts Factory presented by the Hon. Owen Yaa Baya, Member for Kilifi North Constituency, by the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock by a further period of sixty (60) days with effect from 8th October 2020.
