    "content": "There are also conditions that are contained in the Bill that would call for failure for a licence to be issued such as, giving misleading information, like when the application contains false information or the fundraising appeal is unlawful. The Bill also seeks to bar Members of Parliament (MPs) and Members of the County Assembly (MCAs) from fundraising. In the amendment, there is also those who are engaged in fundraising activities endlessly. It also makes it an offence for those who have been given the authority to issue licences, to deny the applicant a license without a good reason."
