    "content": "tithes and offerings because it is a command in the Bible . So, this Bill is very nice because it is not touching on tithes and offerings. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I object to Clause 44 which says that a person who contributes in a fundraiser has to specify the source of contribution and declare such contribution in the Income Tax. It can be a fundraiser which is required. For instance, if somebody has had a road accident, when are you going to declare your Income Tax? Every year, we are required to fill our tax returns. It is going to kill the morale of people who want to contribute towards fundraisers which are accident related. When somebody’s house has been burned or destroyed by floods, when are you going to fill the tax returns and specify the source of your income? This will kill the ideology of Harambee as per the Act of 1960. So, my prayer is that there is need for an amendment in this one. But I support the rest."
