The Ministry needs to explain properly why it is getting back. Is the object and reason of why it was born out of NCPB being met or not? These are some of the fundamental questions the Cabinet Secretary needs to bring around, so that when we discuss this, we will be very clear that the mandate of the SFRTF can easily get back to the NCPB again."
