    "content": "The import of this amendment is that treatment is actually narrow and limits what is done to the patient. Management is holistic. It covers the medical treatment given, the drugs given, the surgery done, how one lives, what food one eats and advice given thereafter, which is what we need and what we should look at in handling cancer. We feel that the amendment enriches the Bill."
