    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I rise to support the Bill because it prescribes the retirement age at 60 years. We know that experienced people in the Public Service possess rare knowledge, but we must also take care of the youth we have sent to school. The Public Service and other appointing authorities have enough time to engage those who are qualified. Those who attain 60 years should give room to the many youths to take up those positions."
