    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Bill. I support the Bill. The Bill is important because it intends 60 years to be the age for retirement. It encourages employment. There rampant unemployment among the youth. If our county does not take that seriously, it will be a time bomb in waiting. We have many graduates with good skills who have not been absorbed in white collar jobs. This Bill will ensure that, at the age of 60 years, people will give way for the youth to take over their jobs as they retire.
