    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, because of time, I seek to ask Members to support this Bill. It will help us both at the national and county levels of government. We recognise that it is a Bill that will affect counties and so I take this opportunity to also appeal. I know there was a similar Bill that would have been published in the Senate sponsored by Sen. Sakaja and Sen. Mutula Kilonzo. I would wish to request them that when this Bill gets to the Senate, they take it up and if there is anything they feel they can add, it will be in order to liaise with us then we can have the amendments here as we have the Third Reading."
