    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to give notice of the following Motion– AWARE that the Sessional Committee on Delegated Legislation is established under Standing Order 221 of the Senate Standing Orders and is charged with the responsibility of scrutinizing statutory instruments laid before the House and that pursuant to Standing Order 221 (3) (b), the Committee is mandated to consider, in respect of any statutory instrument, whether the statutory instrument “ infringes on fundamental rights and freedoms of the public”;"
