Given that the railway sector has had ownership from the SACCO, Kenya Railways, Nairobi City County and the rest, this Committee has done a lot of work. We still need to make sure we get this right, so that when developments are done the right compensations and ownerships are established. This is not something we can gloss over. It is something that the Committee has done quite a lot already, but needs further delving into, with a view to ensuring that development does not disenfranchise other people as well, and it is done within the context of our laws. The Committee needs more time to do these orders justice."
